Germaine Goodson

Germaine Goodson is a versatile dancer, educator, and performer with a BA in Liberal Arts and a concentration in Child Psychology, currently pursuing an MA in Musical Theatre and Dance. She has taught at universities across the East Coast and Southern California and regularly teaches at Steps on Broadway and Ripley-Grier Studios in NYC. Germaine has studied with dance legends like Matt Mattox, Frank Hatchett, and Henry Le Tang. She’s performed in commercials, TV shows, feature films, and regional theater, including Broadway’s Black and Blue and Play On! She also performed Off-Broadway in Back in the Big Time with Harold Nicholas. Germaine’s career highlights include dancing with Henry Le Tang and performing as part of the Rhythm Queens in The Cotton Club film. As a tap duo with Deborah Mitchell, she toured as the opening act for Cab Calloway, marking a high point in her career.
